One of the Industry’s Best Companies to Work For
Awarded to McCarthy’s One Hour as one of the industry’s best companies to work for by The News, a leading HVAC industry magazine.

2006 & 2004 Spirit Award
The Spirit Award is given annually to the franchise that does the best job of promoting the One Hour name and logo in their community. John and Mary Kay McCarthy were recognized for their many efforts to promote the One Hour brand, and for their spirit and continuing commitment to the Omaha community.

2002 Heartland Better Business Bureau’s Integrity Award for Service Excellence
Given to McCarthy’s One Hour for advertising, promoting and marketing our brand fairly and accurately, and in a manner that reflects the high standards of the One Hour brand. It was the first time this award was given to an HVAC contractor.

1999 Contractor of the Year
In 1999, McCarthy’s One Hour was named Contractor of the Year by the Contractor Success Group – a nationwide association of the top heating and cooling contractors. The award is given for a combination of performance factors including:
